A Tribute to the Grand Floridian

It was all started with a sponge. Or I should say, sponges. In May of 1991 my papou had plans to travel to Boca Raton in order to attend a trade show where he would display sponges from his business. Realizing the proximity to Walt Disney World, he suggested to my mom that we turn what was originally going to be a work trip into a family vacation. One Birnbaum’s Disney book and a reservation at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa later, and a tradition was born.

Review: Lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table

We’ll be honest. When people ask us if dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table was worth it, in the past we would say…it depends. Do you have princess-obsessed children in your party? Then it’s a resounding yes. If you’re looking for a culinary experience? Maybe look elsewhere. However on our most recent visit we decided to give our gal Cindy another chance.
