Review: Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
I have a lot of Disney bucket list items—getting into Club 33, seeing the inside of the Cinderella Castle Suite, waiting less than 20 minutes to ride Peter Pan—but one of my more attainable goals is to stay at every hotel on Walt Disney World property. I got one step closer to that goal this summer, when we stayed at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

Whenever Megan and I visit the Magic Kingdom for just one day (something we do with alarming regularity for people who live in the Midwest) we always make eating lunch at Be Our Guest a priority. Although eating hot soup in 90 degree Florida weather might not sound completely appetizing, we always make an exception for the French Onion soup. Because of this, when I planned to bring my boyfriend (now fiance) to the most magical place on earth, I knew I wanted to share one of my favorite dining experiences with him.

If I could describe the Nomad Lounge in one word, it would be: nirvana. We visited this magical oasis, located next to Tiffins in the Animal Kingdom, for the first time on our last visit, and my only complaint is that we didn’t discover the Nomad Lounge sooner. It is not to be missed!

I had one request (read: demand) for my husband and I’s trip to Oahu this May. If we couldn’t stay at Disney’s Aulani Resort (because #marriottpoints), we had to at least have a meal there. There was no way I could be on the same island as Disney’s only Hawaiian Resort and not visit. My sweet and loving husband gladly obliged.
