If there is one thing my two-year-old son loves, it’s “cool cool cars.” How I have a two year old, I don’t know, but I knew he would love a Cars themed party with as much as he loves “Akeen” aka Lightning McQueen. After searching Pinterest, I decided I wanted to take inspiration from a town worth fixing, Radiator Springs, and include a few nods to Cars Land at Disney California Adventure park. Review: Brunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant

Living in the midwest, we don’t always get to take advantage of the new offerings at Walt Disney World as soon as they come out. This was why we were so excited to see new brunch dishes available at one of our favorite restaurants on property, Be Our Guest, appear days before we headed down to Florida! We were able to snag a last minute reservation for 10:15 am in order to fully take advantage of the two new offerings.

Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Party

When I booked the Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Pre-Party on the trip my husband and I recently took, truthfully, I booked it almost solely for the reserved viewing area. I thought it would be worth it to not have to fight for a spot in the crowd and make sure we had a nice view. I honestly did not look into the other details of this party (even with the $99 ticket price – gulp), and let me tell you I was delighted and blown away!

RunDisney Princess Sunrise Yoga

Dreams really do come true. Several years ago, our friend Stef who is a Cast Member, participated in a Cast-Member-only sunrise yoga in the Magic Kingdom. This truly sounded like my dream, and I told Stef then that I wished Disney would offer that as a guest experience and that I would pay into the triple digits for an experience like that!

This summer, RunDisney announced that my wish was coming true! They would offer Disney Princess Sunrise Yoga as part of the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. It was going to be offered on my husband and I’s wedding anniversary. I told my husband that if I could get a registration, we were going to Disney World! Spoiler alert: I got one.
