The Pixie Dust Pals Plan...the Magic Kingdom!

It’s one of the most frequent questions we get about Walt Disney World: which is your favorite park? I generally respond that you wouldn’t ask a mother to pick her favorite child and I love them all. HOWEVER, if we’re doing a day at Disney, and we can only choose one park, I’m choosing the one with the most Pixie Dust: the Magic Kingdom. Allison even threw me a baby shower themed around the lands in the Magic Kingdom! Given that some of our most beloved experiences (fireworks!) are currently on pause, we are going to share an ideal day filled with our favorites in food and fun from our *favorite* park! (Shh don’t tell the others.)

A few years ago, my mom suggested we take our family vacation to San Francisco. I wasn’t super excited about the trip—I probably wanted to go to the beach—however I agreed to go with one major caveat: I wanted to visit the Walt Disney Family Museum. As a history teacher and Disney fanatic, I couldn’t wait to dive deeper into the history of the man who created my favorite place on earth.
