The Definitive Ranking of Walt Disney World Property Starbucks Locations
When Disney first announced that they were going to collaborate with Starbucks, I remember some people being concerned with this collaboration. These people clearly aren’t big coffee drinkers, or they never would have protested replacing the burnt bean-water that Disney produced and said was coffee. Now it’s almost a rite of passage to get your Starbucks to start off your mornings in the park or to get you through that afternoon slump. Below we’ve ranked the six Starbucks you can visit at Walt Disney World.
Honorable Mention: The Starbucks at the Orlando Airport. You a real one.
5. The Trolley Car Cafe: Disney Hollywood Studios
This location offends me. The line is always long, its position is awkwardly placed on the corner, and frankly I just don’t like it. The whole vibe of the place annoys me. Skip this location and instead walk further to grab a cup of Joffrey’s at the coffee cart by the Tower of Terror, or grab a cold brew at Woody’s Lunch Box.
4. Both Disney Springs Locations
These locations are fine. They are just Starbucks. They are often too crowded as all of Disney Springs is, but they serve a purpose to help fuel your day of shopping.
3. Traveler’s Cafe (temporary replacement for Fountain View): EPCOT
Although this location is simply temporary, it is nestled very conveniently between the World Showcase and Future World, making it a perfect stop to fuel any and all fun to be had as you travel around the world. I honestly don’t get coffee at EPCOT very often because I am too busy drinking avocado margaritas or Kir Royals. However I appreciate that it’s there.
2. Main Street Bakery: Magic Kingdom
I know. This one is probably making some people mad. However I would argue that out of all the new Starbucks locations this is the one that actually stung. Replacing the traditional Main Street Bakery with Starbucks takes away some of the traditional charm of Main Street USA. However this location gets points for allowing guests to leave the store and immediately snap a photo of their foamy delight in front of Cinderella’s Castle.
1. Creature Comforts: Animal Kingdom
Although Animal Kingdom might be my least visited park, this is my favorite Starbucks location. The actual building itself has nice high ceilings and is spacious inside. Additionally the name, “Creature Comforts,” is adorable and makes me smile. Animal Kingdom also has the most chill vibe of all the parks, which is what I’m looking for when enjoying my morning coffee.
