Though it’s been many years since we’ve frequented the golden arches, it used to be a must on any visit to the Orlando airport! Not eating gluten really makes it challenging to eat there, but I still think about one of my very favorite breakfast treats – all the delights of a cheesy egg sammy sandwiched between two pancakes with little bites of maple goodness inside. I decided to make my own spin on that breakfast delicacy and add a little pixie dust – the MickGriddle!
