Recipe: Dole Whip Smoothie Bowl
One of the ways we like to bring the Pixie Dust home is to recreate our favorite Disney foods or create Disney-inspired recipes. Since the best way to start your day is with a little bit of magic, we’ve whipped up a special smoothie bowl recipe for you – a Dole Whip Smoothie Bowl!
It’s a pretty simple and fairly healthy recipe. This taste of aloha is the perfect way to start your day!
Dole Whip Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
16 oz. frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut milk (make sure to blend or shake it first!)
1 packet or two scoops collagen peptides (we love Vital Proteins)
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tablespoon honey or coconut sugar (optional)
Makes 2 servings
Add all ingredients to blender, get to blending and bibbidi bobbidi boo – a delicious breakfast or snack! If the consistency is too thick, add a little more coconut or almond milk. Now toppings are the most important part of any smoothie bowl, and the possibilities are endless. I chose to top with strawberries, toasted coconut, macadamia nuts, chia seeds, Tajin seasoning and a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey!
